Introduction
Central State Collaboration is a key result area for the programme. All States and Union Territories have signed a Letter of Undertaking with the Ministry of MSME to participate in the RAMP Programme and have been supported to prepare Strategic Investment Plans (SIP), which will be the roadmap for the MSME sector in the State/UT over the next decade. So far 36 States/UTs have submitted their Plans and Gap funding of approximately ₹3,351.47 crore has been approved by the Ministry.
