The Department of Industries, Government of Telangana, is organising the ODR Reconciliation Event – Conciliation Conclave “Parishrama Adalat” as a State-level platform for facilitating resolution of delayed-payment disputes faced by Micro and Small Enterprises. The programme brings together the MSEFC Councils, claimant enterprises, buyers/respondents, Government institutions, industry bodies, financial institutions and dispute-resolution stakeholders, with the emphasis on conciliation and practical settlement rather than a conventional conference format.
