RAMP is a World Bank-supported Central Sector Scheme implemented by MoMSME over 2022–27, targeting the transformation of India's micro, small and medium enterprises ecosystem.
Accelerates Centre–State collaboration by funding Strategic Investment Plans (SIPs) in all States and UTs for MSME sector development.
Enhances effectiveness of CGTMSE, improving credit guarantee access especially for women-owned micro and small enterprises.
Strengthens the receivable financing market and reduces incidence of delayed payments through technology-driven ODR mechanisms.
Promotes greening of MSMEs, supporting transition to circular economy and clean technology adoption under MSE SPICE and GIFT schemes.
